These terms apply to the website unnatifin.com and to the services of Unnati Financial Services (“Unnati”, “we”), a sole proprietorship of Mr. Ashish Singh Chouhan, Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh. By using the website or our services you agree to them.

1. What we do

We are a loan consultant and direct selling agent. We help you compare options and apply for loans with banks and housing finance companies. We do not lend money, and we do not decide whether a loan is approved — the sanction, amount, interest rate and terms are decided solely by the lender.

2. Rates and information on the website

Interest rates, EMIs and other figures shown on this website (including the EMI calculator) are indicative only, may change without notice, and are not an offer of credit. The final terms are those in the lender's sanction letter.

3. Your responsibilities

• Give true, complete and current information and genuine documents.
• Read the lender's sanction letter and loan agreement carefully before signing.
• Pay your EMIs and charges directly to the lender as agreed with the lender.

4. Fees

Any processing or advisory fee we charge will be told to you in advance and agreed before you pay it. Fees charged by the lender are separate and are set by the lender.

5. Messages

By sharing your mobile number you agree that we may contact you about your enquiry or application by phone, SMS or WhatsApp. Promotional messages are sent only with your consent, and you can reply STOP at any time. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of liability

We take care to give accurate advice, but we are not responsible for a lender's decision, for delays or changes made by a lender, or for losses arising from information you provided that was incorrect or incomplete. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction.
