Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask Unnati Financial Services to delete the personal information we hold about you, including anything received through our WhatsApp Business account, SMS or website.

How to request deletion

• Email ashish@unnatifin.com with the subject “Data deletion request”, or
• send the message DELETE MY DATA to us on WhatsApp, or
• call +91 98262 32211, or visit our office.

Please include your name and the mobile number you used with us, so that we can find your records.

What happens next

• We confirm your request within 7 days and complete it within 30 days.
• We delete your enquiry details, messages and documents from our systems and stop all messages to your number.
• If you have an active loan application or a loan arranged through us, we may have to keep some records for as long as the lender's requirements or the law require; we will tell you what is kept and why.

Reply STOP to any WhatsApp or SMS from us. Your number is added to our do-not-message list straight away.
