Unnati Financial Services (“Unnati”, “we”, “us”) is a sole proprietorship of Mr. Ashish Singh Chouhan, based in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh. We help people apply for home loans, balance transfers, plot and construction loans and loans against property with banks and housing finance companies. We are a loan consultant (direct selling agent); we do not lend money ourselves. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

• Enquiries — your name, mobile number, the type of loan you are interested in and any message you send through our website, phone, WhatsApp or in person.
• Loan applications — the details and documents a lender needs to process your application, such as identity and address proof (PAN, Aadhaar, etc.), income documents, bank statements, property papers, date of birth and the details of co-applicants.
• Job applications — your name, contact details, qualification, experience and résumé, if you apply through the Careers section of our website.
• Communication records — messages we send you by SMS or WhatsApp, their delivery status, and replies you send us.
• Technical data — basic server logs (such as IP address and time of visit) kept for security. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

2. How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and advise you on suitable loan options.
• To prepare and submit your loan application to the bank or housing finance company you choose, and to follow it up through sanction and disbursement.
• To send you service messages about your application — for example document requests, sanction, disbursement and EMI reminders — by phone, SMS or WhatsApp.
• To send you occasional offers or greetings, only where you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time (see section 6).
• To assess job applications.
• To meet legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations and to prevent fraud.

3. Who we share it with

• Banks and housing finance companies to whom your loan application is submitted, with your consent.
• Service providers who run our systems on our behalf and are bound to protect your data: Google Cloud (hosting and storage, India region), Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business messaging) and licensed telecom operators / SMS providers registered on the TRAI DLT platform.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as your loan relationship with us continues and afterwards for as long as the law or the lender's requirements need us to keep records. Enquiries and job applications that do not proceed are deleted when they are no longer needed. You may ask us to delete your information earlier (section 6).

5. How we protect it

Your documents are stored in a private, access-controlled cloud store. Only authorised staff with an approved login can see them, every view and change is recorded, and all traffic to our systems is encrypted (HTTPS).

6. Your choices and rights

• Stop messages — reply STOP to any of our WhatsApp or SMS messages, or tell us by phone or email. We will stop promotional messages to your number.
• Access, correction and deletion — you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, as provided under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. See our data deletion instructions.
• Withdraw consent — you can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing already done, and may mean we cannot continue with a pending application.

7. Contact and grievances

We will acknowledge a request within 7 days and resolve it within 30 days.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
